Welcome to WildDex. By creating an account, logging in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use WildDex.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use WildDex.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WildDex for its intended purpose — identifying, logging, and sharing wildlife sightings. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
WildDex has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Posting harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content — or abusing other users — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the offending account.
You are solely responsible for the photos, captions, comments, and other content you submit. By posting, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant WildDex a license to display it within the app.
You agree not to:
WildDex provides tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed. We review reported content and act on violations — including removing content and ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.
WildDex Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Species identifications are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. WildDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical decisions about wildlife.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of this Agreement. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
